From some googling, people say clients only count if they are directly connected and not going through the web, but all my players are on the same network, so that seems strange to me. The call for sessions shows everything, but the call for clients shows 0. I made some slight progress by looking through the logs to find what api calls they are doing. I find especially since the logs show it connecting that there is something weird going on here. Made sure plex had GDM network discovery enabledĪdded my homeassistant IP to the whitelist in Plex Reinstalling some python library that i didn't have installed before (I can't find the link now to say which it was) So it looks like it connects fine, but nothing shows!I can see the plex sensor which tells me how many are watching, and I can see my chromecast when I cast something to it, but neither plex shows up in the main window or in the States view.
